Adelaide Chamber Singers – Adelaide Festival
Hello dear 1CC and MVG Choristers and Families,
You are invited to attend a very special concert, on YAV RUSH tickets, There will come soft Rain, performed by Adelaide Chamber Singers as part of the Adelaide Festival.
7:30pm Wednesday 13 March at the Adelaide Town Hall
Duration 70 minutes
This program includes many Australian composers, and includes 2 South Australian works, Desert Sea about Kati Thanda/Lake Eyre and Where Sails Once Flew about shipwrecks off the Eyre Peninsula.
We are also performing the original SATB version of Kondalilla by Stephen Leek, and many more pieces from the 16th century to a new work written especially for the program.
And this is an opportunity for you to support your YAV staff! Conducted by Christie, with singers you may know: Aidan Foyel, Georgie Simmons and Nikolai Leske, plus Sophie Schumacher from Aurora.
For $15 a ticket for adults and choristers, this really is a fabulous chance to hear ACS in the wonderful Adelaide Town Hall.
